Office occupiers converge on Digital Park next door to MediaCityUK

Northern Way Property Company has secured yet another tenant at office space in Salford Quays at the now highly successful Digital Park adjacent to some of the North West’s most sought after office space at MediaCityUK.

Following hot on the heels of the letting to communications firm Xarios, business communications solutions provider Converge One has taken up the ground floor of Unit 02, extending its occupation within the Park to 3,245 sq ft.

Commenting on the deal, Mark Canning of Canning O’Neill which advised on the deal, said: “Two other occupiers within Digital Park have also recently agreed expansion deals which is the best endorsement you can hope for on a new office scheme!”

Two self contained buildings now remain available on the scheme; requirements from 2,000 sq ft up 8,821 sq ft can be accommodated.
