Serviced Office Group welcome tax firm to Kent business centre

Mulbury Hamilton Tax Chambers sign up for managed office solutions at BT Sevenoaks

Serviced Office Group have announced that Mulbury Hamilton Tax Chambers have signed a five year contract for serviced office space in Sevenoaks, Kent at the BT Sevenoaks building situated at 160 London Road.

This deal represents Serviced Office Group’s first letting in Sevenoaks & brings the overall lettings on the second floor of this prestigious prime grade A commercial building to over 10,000 sq ft.

Mulbury Hamilton Tax Chambers have chosen the site as their administration headquarters from January 1st 2012 & will occupy just short of 1,700 sq ft of space with the added benefit of shared facilities with BT occupiers by way of main reception, cafe facilities, lounge areas and a restaurant. The firm is recognised as a planning specialist firm providing innovative Commercial, Taxation and Asset Protection solutions to UK businesses and individuals. Established since 2001; the continually growing company also has offices within the City of London, Winchester, Guernsey, France and the British Virgin Islands.

The building continues to serve BT occupiers as well as providing a new serviced office solution for the Sevenoaks business community.
