Established literary agents Andrew Nurnberg Associates have signed up for new office space in Farringdon, EC1.

The international company has taken 3,595 sq ft of newly refurbished offices at 20-23 Greville Street, in the heart of Farringdon.

ANA will pay £20 per sq ft on a nine-year lease to landlord Coral Sea Property.

Andrew Nurnberg Associates was founded in 1977 and represents a distinguished list of international authors of fiction and non-fiction, including children’s writers. Outside of the UK they also have offices in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, China and Taiwan.
