Serviced offices in Surrey celebrate occupancy success
Basepoint Camberley 40% occupied within 2 months of opening

Just two months after opening its doors, Basepoint’s serviced offices in Camberley are already 40% occupied and still continue to attract high levels of interest.
The recently refurbished business centre offers a range of office units, as well as the latest telecommunication infrastructure and high speed broadband. Businesses that have already taken up occupancy include IQ Cloud Consulting, IMPEQ Broadcast UK Ltd and Ticketscript Ltd, a tickets and promotions company.
Matt Quinn, Director of IQ Cloud Consulting, comments: “Being based here has enabled us to gain quick, cost-effective access to modern facilities and the whole process of moving has been painless.”
Commercial Director, Darren Palmer of IMPEQ, comments: “We were looking for an office to provide a centre for our field-based sales and support staff spread across the South East. Camberley offered an ideal location to meet the need to be close to customers, suppliers and to gave good transport links for regional and international visitors to the office.”
Karen Williams, Basepoint Camberley’s centre manager, comments: “Even before we officially opened we were inundated with calls, and since opening this level of interest has not subsided. Local businesses are attracted to the centre by our strong ethos of supporting small businesses and the guarantee that being located at Basepoint offers so much more than just office space.”
The latest additions to the centre include GIGS Ltd, Comms Learning and Easy Life Financial Services.
