Hersham Place Technology Park boasts record occupancy

Hersham Place Technology Park serviced offices in Surrey have reached full capacity with the arrival of three new occupiers onsite: Print Reaction Ltd, Esselar and Stoic Networks.

Launched in 2007 to complement the fully managed office and property solutions already available at the prestigious Surrey business park, these smaller flexible offices have received an unprecedented demand and now accommodate 20% of the total onsite tenants.

The serviced offices between Esher and Weybridge were created to meet the demands of business in the area, and there are plans to launch a further phase later in the year.

Adding to the technology and business mix onsite, national print and design services company Print Reaction has taken a 250 sq ft office for their local account managers and designers. They were attracted to Hersham by the vibrant business community and networking opportunities the park offers

Esselar are experts in next generation remote working and web security and provide IT networking and communication solutions to business clients. Their team relocated from office space in Guildford. With a need for high data speed and connectivity high up on the priority list, the new fibre optic line recently installed into the business park was a real advantage.

Airport network specialists Stoic Networks work with major international airline and airport clients, so the location of the park in relation to major transport links including Gatwick and Heathrow was key. The facilities at Hersham Place proved an instant hit with the staff.
