Transport infrastructure firm signs up for Chiswick office space

Ferrovial, one of the world’s leading developers of transport infrastructure, has signed up for office space in Chiswick, W4 at Chiswick Tower.

The international firm has agreed a new five-year lease with owners Canmoor on accommodation totalling 5,000 sq ft at £28 per sq ft.

Located above Gunnersbury station, Chiswick Tower totals 140,000 sq ft of office space arranged over 17 floors. Other tenants include BSI Systems, Michael Page and Konami.

Canmoor completed the purchase of Chiswick Tower earlier this year and within a month agreed a 5,000 sq ft deal with recruitment firm Spire UK Ltd.
