Bruntwood welcomes security, insurance and legal firms to Dalton House

Bruntwood, the family-owned commercial property company, have welcomed three new customers to serviced offices in Sale, Manchester at Dalton House in deals totalling 5,636 sq ft.


Dalton House is one of Bruntwood’s latest south Manchester office developments; located on the A56, close to the M60, this landmark building has been completely refurbished.


Securitas Security Services Limited have taken 3,595 sq ft at the building, Principal Insurance 760 sq ft and Adjust Solicitors 1,291 sq ft leaving 10,000 sq ft of office space remaining.

Meanwhile, Bruntwood has launched a fully refurbished floor of serviced offices in Liverpool at The Plaza
in the centre of the Liverpool Business District.


Demand for serviced offices at The Plaza has always been strong with the centre fully occupied for the last 12 months. Bruntwood has taken the opportunity to fully refurbish 86 workstations at this development on the 6th floor following the recent vacation of the Home Office.


Bruntwood’s portfolio of serviced offices in the North West currently has 2000 desks across 12 buildings in Manchester, Knutsford, Cheadle, Warrington, Altrincham, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham.
