Two floors of prime location office space in the City of London have been let at Senator House, 85 Queen Victoria Street, EC4.

Avestus Capital Partners has let level 1 (20,738 sq ft) to Moneygram, the leading global payment services company, for 10 years with a five year break.

Business Monitor International (BMI), an independent provider of proprietary data, has taken Level 4 (20,939 sq ft), on a 10 year lease at £37.50 psf with 24 months rent free.

Senator House provides comprehensively refurbished, high specification office space in the Square Mile.
