Two new tenants at West Kensington offices

Closer Still Media and Kream London take up office space at Exhibition House

Media firms Closer Still Media and Kream London have signed up for new office space in West Kensington, W14, at newly built offices opposite Kensington Olympia Exhibition Centre.

Business media specialists, Closer Still Media, are taking Suites 17 and 22 at Exhibition House on a five year lease. The media firm will pay £22.50 per sq ft for 2,700 sq ft of office accommodation at the Addison Bridge Place scheme.

Dynamic film production company, Kream London, will move into 1,720 sq ft in Suite 15 at the property on a two year lease paying £24.12 per sq ft. Kream specialises in the creation and distribution of advertising and branded content and recently produced a commercial for Capital FM featuring Rihanna, The Black Eyed Peas, Tinie Tempah and JLS.

Exhibition House is a new purpose built four-storey office building within a private courtyard of three office properties. It is situated between Hammersmith and Kensington opposite Kensington Olympia Exhibition Centre.

Frost Meadowcroft and Boston Gilmore acted for landlord Caspro Management on both deals.
