Highbridge, the developers of one of North Tyneside’s premier business locations, has appointed BNP Paribas Real Estate as a joint letting agent on the UK’s largest office park.

BNP will replace GVA Grimley and join co-agent Cushman & Wakefield in the marketing of 2.5m sq ft of office space in Newcastle-upon-Tyne at Cobalt Park.

In September last year it was announced that the premier business location was expanding its commercial space with the development of a new five storey office building.

The new scheme will offer a further 63,000 sq ft of grade A office space at the scheme and has the potential to bring 700 new jobs to the area.

Cobalt Park is home to occupiers such as Banco Santander, Procter & Gamble and North Tyneside Council.
