Voluntary Action Cardiff moves to Brunel House
Social justice group takes 3,172 sq ft at landmark building

Community action group Voluntary Action Cardiff has signed up for new offices in Cardiff’s landmark Brunel House. The social justice organisation is taking 3,172 sq ft of office space in the Welsh capital.
Brunel House is a modern fifteen-storey office building constructed in 1970. It comprises 210,235 sq ft of office space in Cardiff city centre. It is located moments away from Queen Street Railway Station.
Voluntary Action Cardiff will pay landlord Cardenrich £10.09 per sq ft on a ten-year lease.
