Article posted: 25 Aug 2011
Following the recent refurbishment of the main reception and vacant office space in Manchester at No 1 Marsden Street, one of the city’s most prestigious office buildings, the landlord IVG has announced the letting part of the 10th floor (3,129 sq ft) to Brooks Macdonald who have relocated its Manchester office.
Paul Smith from Jones Lang LaSalle, who acted for the landlord commented: “The letting to Brooks Macdonald at 1 Marsden Street is great news for the Grade A sub 10,000 sq ft office market which has suffered over the past 12 months and provides proof that where high quality refurbished Grade A accommodation is created there will be demand!”
The letting leaves only the 1st floor (5,511 sq ft) and part of the 8th floor (2,447 sq ft) available to let, and with other interest in this space occupiers will need to act fast to avoid disappointment.
Chapman Law represented Brooks Macdonald and WHR are joint agents for IVG.
