As part of its targeted growth in key southern England towns, Winkworth, a leading franchisor of real eststae agencies, has opened new offices in Newbury, Berkshire. It is Winkworth's 89th office in the UK and the seventh to open in the past 12 months, following the opening of offices in Bath, Northampton, Lewes and Romsey.

Newbury is increasingly popular with families moving out of London and looking for more space and open countryside at affordable prices. Its location just off the M4 gives it superb connections to London, Bath, Oxford and Southampton, with regular trains to London taking just over an hour to reach the capital.
