Work starts on Richmond office building

Office and retail scheme will provide 28,500 sq ft of office

Netherlands-base property company Wereldhave has started construction on its 50,000 sq ft office and retail development at One Eton Street, Richmond upon Thames.

The four-storey building, designed by Garnett & Partners, will be completed in August 2012 and provide three upper floors with 28,500 sq ft of high specification, air-conditioned, BREEAM Excellent office space in Richmond town centre. The ground floor and basement have been pre-let to Whole Foods.
