i2 Office partners with Institute of Directors to create Glasgow business hub

Serviced office provider creates IoD Hub at recently opened business centre on West Regent Street

i2 Office, a leading provider of serviced office space in London, Milton Keynes and Glasgow, has partnered with the Institute of Directors to create a new IoD Hub for members at its recently opened Glasgow business centre, 2 West Regent Street. 

The new hub will offer a Directors Room similar to those in place at other IoD hubs, enabling members to hold ‘round table’ meetings for up to four people in an informal lounge set up at no charge. IoD members will also benefit from preferential rates on other services from i2 Office, including conference and meeting facilities and serviced office space.

The new Glasgow Hub is the first created as a result of the partnership between i2 Office and the IoD. Further hubs at key commercial locations across the UK are under discussion as plans to extend the i2 Office network take shape.

Andrew Main Wilson, Chief Operating Officer of the Institute of Directors, said: “The new centre opened by i2 Office at 2 West Regent Street in Glasgow is in a building of the highest quality and offers our members excellent facilities in the heart of the city. We are delighted to partner with i2 Office and are confident our members in Glasgow and from the rest of the UK will make good use of these facilities when open for business next month.”

i2 Office’s Glasgow centre at 2 West Regent Street opened last month and has been well received with well over 50% occupancy already achieved. The centre provides serviced offices in Glasgow city, situated within easy walking distance of both main Glasgow railway stations and the central shopping district. i2’s other business centres are located in the south of England providing serviced offices in Milton Keynes, the City of London and the West End.
