i2 Office Glasgow welcomes Informatics-CIS to flourishing business centre

IT firm joins Institute of Directors at Glasgow serviced offices

i2 Office continues to attract some of the region's leading businesses to its new serviced offices in Glasgow at 2 West Regent Street. The latest company to take space in the centre is Informatics Clinical Information Systems Ltd. One of the attractions for the company was the ease of access to dedicated bandwidth and the flexibility to increase size of the bandwidth as and when required combined with a guarantee of sufficient external ports.

Phil Dickaty, General Manager at Informatics explains more about the company's move: "Without doubt, the location is of paramount importance. On average, our staff now save about 90 minutes per day travel time by having a city centre location. We viewed a number of similar alternatives but i2 Office’s flexibility and particular attention to our requirements, both infrastructural and in terms of cost, were critical in our final decision. Overall cost was comparable or even slightly more than some options, the ‘feeling’ i2 Office conveyed of understanding our needs and expectations 'tipped the balance’."

Just last week Office Space News reported that i2 Office is set to make its North West debut with the opening of a new business centre providing serviced offices in Manchester city centre at Chancery Place. i2 Office has taken approximately 15,000 sq ft across two floors in the 14 storey Grade A building, affording excellent views of the Manchester skyline. Fit out of the new centre is already underway with an official opening planned for early 2012.

i2 Office launched its first centre in the prestigious Vizion MK development to provide serviced offices in Milton Keynes in 2009. Since then, the company has expanded its network to include three London-based centres providing serviced offices in the City of London at 200 Aldersgate, Marylebone in Central London and in Greenwich, plus Grade A business centres in prestigious premises providing serviced offices in Leeds and Glasgow, with a number of new centres planned.
