i2 Office's newest business centre at No 1 Leeds has opened for business with a number of new clients already signed up, accounting for a 22% occupancy level in its first month. Renewable energy company Go Greena were one of the first to take serviced office space at the Leeds business centre, along with other local businesses Alscient Ltd, an IT solution provider and Eco Estates.
Bobby Van Wyk, i2 Office’s General Manager for Leeds, commented: "Our new centre is located in a superb Grade A building with a modern fit out and great facilities including a fully catered Costa branded café. It is no surprise that businesses are already keen to take space at this building which has the highest spec of any new building in Leeds. We are delighted to have achieved 22% occupancy in less than four weeks of opening and look forward to welcoming more Leeds businesses to our centre, whether as occupiers, virtual office clients or for meeting rooms.”
Martin Cook, Director of Go Greena, added: "We chose i2 Office in Leeds for two main reasons: firstly, it allows us to expand our business without an up-front capital outlay on fixtures and furniture; and secondly we are perfectly located just eight minutes’ walk from the railway station with flexibility on parking if required.”
i2 Office Leeds is located at No 1 Leeds, a new prestigious development offering 122,000 sq ft of office space in Leeds city centre, the UK’s largest centre for business, legal and financial services outside London.
