Serviced office firm takes space at 200 Aldersgate, EC1

The technology focussed serviced office provider i2 Office has extended its offering of serviced offices in the City of London with the recent addition of a new 250 workstation facility at 200 Aldersgate, EC1.

Jones Lang LaSalle acted for i2 Office and Savills acted for the landlord. 

Refurbishment of the modern, landmark building was completed earlier this year and the centre boasts the latest in technology with superfast Internet and state of the art telephony with 'walkabout' handsets.

Last month i2 Office launched it's newest business centre at No 1 Leeds which opened for business with a number of new clients already signed up, accounting for a 22% occupancy level in its first month. Renewable energy company Go Greena were one of the first to take serviced office space at the Leeds business centre, along with other local businesses, IT solution provider Alscient Ltd and Eco Estates.
